The breakfasts were fantastic with delicious local products, and the staff was extremely friendly; the location is lovely, just a short distance from Dez.

Nice family run hotel, well presented public areas. Good location about a 5 minute drive to the centre of town. Room was spacious and the staff were pleasant.

The room was a bit "tired" eg the grouting in the shower needed to be redone and the bath was chipped. The beds were ok but a bit lumpy. If renovated this would be a great hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access nearby attractions.

I was happy with the standard double room I booked; it came with a bathroom and a shower. the location was peaceful and absolutely perfect, close to Dez. - the restaurant was cosy and suitable for every budget. 

Do not rely on internet connection in the room

Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and an individual safe, a mini bar and a work desk in the room. Great location for visiting a stadium and restaurants. Enjoyed very quite area.

Hair in the room.

We stayed in a large, luxurious room with a couch, comfortable bed, and a bath, and the location was central.

The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed out time there.

We were on the 4th floor and the glass in the skylight in the bathroom for ventilation was broken and in was difficult to create a draft in the room with the main window in the room as it was very warm and we could not open the other window as the glass was broken. This also created a problem in the bath for ventilation.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was almost a junior suite for the cost of a double room. For the amount we paid in the time of the year, this was a great value for money. The hotel

The front of the hotel seems to be an old hotel, but you will have a surprise inside it. The hotel is very modern inside, clean and with a very beatiful layout. The front desk attendant (Barbara) gave us an special 

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-decorated and have good-quality facilities. We had breakfast and we found it really tasty.

The hotel had perfect and very good breakfasts with food and drinks and local products. the location was marvelous and beautiful - ease of access to Dez. - We were close to the outskirts of Innsbruck and Innsbruck's old town. 

The hotel is new, everything is clean, stylish, comfortable and spacious especially the bathroom, it really made us feel at home. Everyone was friendly, helpful and personal, from the cleaners to the hotel manager, nothing asked was refused, a lot of touring
